This website uses some JavaScript and CSS but is mostly standard HTML 4.x with some "tables".   To the best of our knowledge this website is also viewable with the following web-browsers:
Opera 7.x,   KDE Konqueror 2.x,   Gnome Galeon 2.2.x,   Netscape Navigator 4.7x,   Gecko, and others.   Also through most proxy servers including Proxomitron.
   (All version numbers are generalized and (nearly always) include versions that are newer.)
   There are currently no plans to support text only web browsers or HotJava at this time.
